- 1 copy of CNIC or B.Form of the applicant.
- 1 copy of the father or mother’s CNIC or guardian.
- Attach a salary slip or income certificate of the applicant’s father, mother, or guardian.
- 1 copy of last month’s utility bills like Wapda, Sui Gas, PTCL, etc. Also, these bills should have the 6-month history of all the previous month’s bills.
- If living in a rented house then submit a copy of the rent agreement.
- Submit the copies of last submitting fee receipts of the applicant or siblings.
- If applicable, also submit copies of medical bills.
- 1 passport-size photo of the applicant that was taken recently.
- Attach some pictures of your home as well from front to back.
